We have a comprehensive pre-sales site audit and assessment service. There are three different packages.
This package is designed to identify the clients 'in-scope' equipment and conduct a physical audit to record the main details of the devices in situ as well as details about the site eg accessibility. A full report is prepared with pictorial records of devices where relevant.
This package includes all the elements in the Standard Site Audit. In addition, Microsoft MAPS or similar will be used to assess the usage of the devices and determine their age and EOL status. A basic internal network traffic assessment and external link speed test will also be conducted. A full report is prepared including a traffic light status for usage against EOL and warranty status.
This package provides a 'Standard Site' assessment for a site that is going to take digital signage. Assessment will include scoping out suitable locations for mounting the screens and placement of media server/ network access devices and cabling requirements.
